Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026. These terms cover how we quote, schedule, and perform work — and what you can expect from us in return.
1. Agreement
These terms apply to your use of this website and to cleaning, janitorial, turnover, and pressure washing services provided by Blue Peak Cleaning Services in Nevada. Booking a service or accepting a quote means you agree to these terms. A signed contract or written service agreement, if you have one, controls where it conflicts with this page.
2. Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the information you provide about the property — size, condition, surfaces, frequency, and access. The price we quote is the price you pay, with no hidden fees. If we arrive and the actual scope is materially different from what was described, we will stop, explain the difference, and give you a revised price to approve before continuing. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
3. Scheduling and access
We schedule arrival windows rather than exact minutes, and we aim to arrive within the window we promised. If traffic, weather, or a prior job affects our timing, we'll contact you as soon as we know. You are responsible for providing safe access to the property, including keys, codes, gates, parking, and — for pressure washing — a working water source and electrical access unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations, or visits where we cannot access the property, may be subject to a trip fee reflecting the reserved crew time. Recurring service can be paused or ended with reasonable notice; larger commercial and property management contracts follow the notice period in their agreement.
5. Payment
Residential and one-time services are generally due on completion. Commercial and property management accounts are invoiced on agreed terms. Past-due balances may accrue a reasonable late fee and may pause scheduled service until resolved.
6. Our service commitment
We stand behind our work. If something in the agreed scope was missed or done poorly, tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we will return to correct it at no additional cost. This re-clean is our remedy for scope-related concerns and is offered instead of, not in addition to, other price adjustments.
7. Limitations of service
Some conditions cannot be fully reversed by cleaning or pressure washing — including deeply set stains, etched or spalling concrete, pre-existing damage, hard-water etching, mold behind surfaces, pet damage, and worn or failing finishes. We will tell you honestly when we expect improvement rather than perfection. We do not perform biohazard remediation, pest control, mold remediation, or work requiring specialty trade licenses. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing defects, unsecured or fragile items, failing seals or grout, or surfaces that are not suited to the requested treatment where we advised against it.
8. Licensing, insurance, and bonding
Blue Peak Cleaning Services is licensed in Nevada, and carries liability insurance. Documentation is available on request for property managers, HOAs, and commercial clients.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of the visit so we can inspect and involve our insurer if appropriate.
10. Website content
Text, images, and branding on this site belong to Blue Peak Cleaning Services and may not be copied or reused without permission. Testimonials reflect individual clients' experiences and are not a guarantee of a particular result. Some photography on this site is representative imagery and will be replaced with photos of our own work over time.
11. Governing law and contact
